Yayın başvurusu için gönderilen bir makale "Ön inceleme" ve "Hakem incelemesi" olmak üzere iki aşamadan oluşan bir değerlendirme sürecinden geçmektedir. Ön inceleme aşaması sonucunda makale sorumlu yazarına iade edilebilir, düzeltme talep edilebilir veya hakem değerlendirme sürecine dahil edilebilir. / An article sent for a publication application goes through an evaluation process consisting of two stages: "Pre-examination" and "Peer review". As a result of the preliminary review phase, the article can be returned to the corresponding author, corrections can be requested or included in the referee evaluation process.

Dergimize gönderilen makaleler editör ve alan editörleri tarafından yazım kurallarına uygunluğu kontrol edilir ve kurallara uygun olmayan çalışmalar hakeme gönderilmez. Alan editörleri tarafından yazım ve yayın ilkelerine uygun bulunan makaleler bilimsel değerlendirme için hakemlere yönlendirilir. Bilimsel değerlendirilme en az iki hakem tarafından gerçekleştirilir. Makalenin ait olduğu uzmanlık alandan hakemler alan editörleri tarafından seçilir. Çift kör hakemlik şeklinde gerçekleştirilen hakem değerlendirme sürecinde makale konusunda uzman ve ilgili alanda derinlemesine çalışmaları olan hakemler görevlendirilmektedir. Bu amaçla hakem atama sürecinde hakem araştırması titizlikle yürütülmektedir. / The articles sent to our journal are checked by the editor and the field editors for compliance with the spelling rules, and the studies that do not comply with the rules are not sent to the referee. Articles found in accordance with the writing and publication principles by the field editors are directed to the referees for scientific evaluation. Scientific evaluation is carried out by at least two referees. The referees from the field of expertise of the article are selected by the field editors. In the referee evaluation process, which is carried out in the form of double-blind refereeing, referees who are experts in the article and who have in-depth studies in the relevant field are assigned. For this purpose, referee research is carried out meticulously during the referee assignment process.

Bilimsel değerlendirmede, iki hakemden yayımlanabilir değerlendirmesini alan makaleler  yayımlanma sürecine girer. Bir olumlu bir olumsuz hakem raporu alan çalışma, üçüncü bir hakeme gönderilir ve  üçüncü hakemin raporu doğrultusunda çalışmanın yayımlanıp yayımlanmamasına ilişkin karar verilir. Bilimsel değerlendirme sonucunda hakemlerin düzeltme önerileri ve değerlendirmeleri yazarlar ile paylaşılır. / In scientific evaluation, the articles that receive the publishable evaluation from two referees enter the publication process. The study, which receives a positive and negative referee report, is sent to a third referee and a decision is made on whether to publish the study in line with the report of the third referee. As a result of the scientific evaluation, the correction suggestions and evaluations of the referees are shared with the authors.

Hakemlerden veya editörlerden gelen düzeltme önerilerinin yazarlar tarafından 1 ay içerisinde tamamlanması gerekir. Hakemler çalışmanın düzeltmelerini inceleyerek uygunluğuna karar verebilirler, gerek görürlerse ilgili çalışma için birden çok defa düzeltme talep edebilirler. / Corrections from referees or editors must be completed by the authors within 1 month. The referees can decide on the suitability of the study by examining the corrections, and if they deem necessary, they can request corrections for the relevant study more than once.

Hakem raporlarına çalışmanın yazarları tarafından ikna edici veriler ışığında itiraz edilebilir. Alan editörleri tarafından incelenen itirazlar ve uygun görüldüğü takdirde konu ile ilgili olarak farklı bir hakemin görüşlerine başvurulabilir. Dergi alan editörleri, hakemler tarafından verilen düzeltmeleri titizlikle takip ederler bu doğrultuda, yazının yayımlanması ya da reddi yönünde karar alabilirler. / Peer-review reports can be challenged by the authors of the study in the light of convincing data. The objections examined by the field editors and, if deemed appropriate, the opinions of a different referee can be consulted on the subject. The editors of the journal area meticulously follow the corrections given by the referees, and in this direction, they can decide to publish or reject the article.

Göndereceğiniz makalede kimliğiniz ile ilgili herhangi bir bilgi olmamalıdır. Hakem değerlendirmesinden sonra yayımlanması uygun görülen makalelerin yazarlarına ait bilgiler makalelerin düzeltilmesi aşamasında yazarlar tarafından eklenmelidir. / The article you send should not contain any information about your identity. The information about the authors of the articles that are approved for publication after the peer-review should be added by the authors at the stage of editing the articles.

Makalenizi göndermenizden itibaren 1 hafta içerisinde size dönüş yapılacaktır. Bilimsel değerlendirme süresi 4 haftadır. Bu süre sonundan değerlendirmesini göndermeyen hakem yeni bir hakemle değiştirilir. / You will be contacted within 1 week after submitting your article. Scientific evaluation period is 4 weeks. The referee who does not send his evaluation after the end of this period is replaced by a new referee.

Dergimiz Yazım Kurallarına ve makale mizanpajına göre hazırladığınız Makalenizi (".doc"/".docx" biçimlerinde yükleyiniz) aşağıda yer alan "Makale Gönder" den ilgili formu doldurarak gönderebilirsiniz. Bununla birlikte, intihal oranının %20’nin altında olduğunu gösteren Benzerlik Raporu Formu  (".pdf" biçiminde yükleyiniz) ve Telif Hakkı Devir Formu (".pdf" biçiminde yükleyiniz) belgelerinizi de yüklemeyi unutmayınız. / You can submit your article (upload in ".doc"/".docx" formats) that you have prepared according to our Journal's Writing Rules and article layout by filling out this form. However, do not forget to upload your Similarity Report Form (upload in ".pdf" format) and Copyright Transfer Form (upload in ".pdf" format), showing that the plagiarism rate is below 20%.
